3 dozen eggs
1 pt. (16 oz.) sour cream
2 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. onions, finely chopped
2 c. ham, diced
2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
2 - 1/3 sticks of butter or margarine

Recipe makes 2 - 9" x 13" casseroles, place 1/3 stick of butter in each pan and melt in pans, tilt pans so bottoms and sides are coated.

In large mixing bowl, beat together sour cream and milk until smooth. Add eggs and salt, mix until thoroughly blended. Add onion, ham and cheese and mix gently. Pour into aluminum pans that have been prepared.

Bake 350º F. for 50 - 55 minutes. Watch carefully so not to over cook. It will be puffy, but not jiggly or slimy. Cover immediately with foil to keep casserole as warm as possible until ready to serve.
