1 Costco Rotisserie Chicken, deboned
1 28 oz can of diced tomatoes and green chilis
2 15 oz can of black beans, rinsed and drained
2 15 oz cans of whole kernel sweet corn
2 bricks Philadelphia cream cheese
2 packets of powdered ranch (for dip)
2 T of chili powder
2 t of garlic powder
2 t of cumin powder
Cayenne pepper to taste

Add all to a large pot and heat to simmer. Make sure to include juices from tomatoes and corn, but not the beans! Good with tortilla chips or maybe cornbread
