5 - 6 white potatoes, peeled and cubed
½ c. milk
2 T. butter
Salt
Velveta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes until soft. Drain and mash. Add milk, butter, and salt to taste. Let cool. When filling Pirohi, place a tablespoon of mashed potatoes and ⅓ of a slice of Velveeta cheese in the center. Fold and pinch shut.
