4 tsp chopped fresh cilantro
2 tsp lime juice
1 tsp white wine vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp diced garlic
1 tsp diced onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp cumin

Pulse in blender until creamy in consistency and light green in color.
