3 lbs. beef stew meat
2 T. olive oil
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
4 T. Worcestershire sauce
6 cloves garlic, minced
2 large onions, chopped
32 oz. carrots, sliced
2 lb. potatoes, cubed
5 C. beef broth
20 oz. tomato sauce
4 T. cornstarch
4 T. water

Add oil to pot and turn on saute function. When it's nice and hot, brown meat and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Add in beef broth and use spoon to scrape brown bits from pan. Add Worcestershire sauce, garlic, onion, carrots, potatoes, and tomato sauce. Close lid and put valve on seal. Cook on high pressure for 35 minutes, then allow pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes before doing a quick release. Mix together cornstarch and cold water in a small bowl and stir into stew until thickened.
