1 1/2 packages non-flavored gelatin
2 c boiling water
1/4 tsp celery salt
2 beef bouillion cubes
1 tsp dried parsley
8-9 squirts of salad vinegar
hard boiled eggs, tomato slices, pickle slices of left over steak thinly sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Bring to a boil the water, nonflavored gelatin, celery salt and bouillion cubes.
Stir constantly for 10-12 minutes or until it thickens some.
Add vinegar and dried parsley, stir together.
In a shallow dish poor in the gelatin mixture. Add sliced hard boiled eggs, pickles, tomato, thin steak meat or what ever you prefer.
Place in refrigerator until set.
Add additional vinegar as desired.
