1¼ Cups water
1½ Tbsp olive oil
3¾ Cups bread flour
1½ Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1½ tsp active dry yeast yeast

Making Pizza with Pizza Stone - 2lb Machine

Follow bread machine instructions on what ingredients to add first. Use dough setting. Check on dough after 5-10 min of kneading. It should be smooth, round ball. Separate dough into two balls. Let balls of dough rest for at least 5 min. Then use rolling pin to form two rounds of dough. Move pizza crusts onto parchment paper. Put pizza stone in oven; set temp to 545º. If oven doesn’t go over 500º, set oven for 5º under its maximum temp. Lightly brush olive oil on crust to seal it. Then spread sauce over pizza avoiding edges. Cover pizza with pepperoni.
Add cheese Use a peel to move pizza & parchment paper onto pizza stone. (You'll cook the pizzas one at a time.) Keep an eye on pizza; watch for cheese to melt. That's when it's done. takes between 6-8 min. When pizza is done slide pizza onto cutting board; discard parchment paper. Slice and enjoy!

Making Pizza with Cookie Sheets - 2lb Machine

Follow bread machine ingredients on what to add first. Use dough setting. Check dough after 5-10 min of kneading. It should be smooth, round ball. Once dough is done, roll out & make two rectangles. Lay dough on cookie sheets. Brush pizza dough with olive oil to seal it. Add pizza ingredients. Cheese next. bake 25 min at 400º.
