3 chicken breasts, cubed
4 c. rice
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
3 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans French onion soup
2 cans water
1 can chicken broth
mushrooms, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, beat cream soups with wire whisk; stir in French onion, broth, and water. Add mushrooms. Add rice and chicken.

Bake covered at 350º for 45 minutes; uncover and cook until rice is done.
