Using an Escargot Style Plate

12 to 18 Medium Size Shrimp, Pealed and Deveined
Stick of Butter Unsalted
6-8 Cloves of Chopped Garlic
2 Whole Cloves of Garlic
Sliced Harvarti Cheese
Loaf of French Baguette

Melt butter in sauce pan with the Chopped Garlic
Saute garlic to infuse making "Garlic Butter

Heat Oven to 400 degrees

Place a Shrimp in each of the recessed point in the Escargot plates.
Spoon Garlic Butter over each of the Shrimp
Cover the Escargot Plates with 3-4 slices of the Harvarti Cheese

Place your Escargot Plates on a Sheet Pan, cover bottom of pan with Parchment Paper.

Please in Oven around 20 minutes till cheese becomes a golden brown on edges.

While shrimp are cooking slices the French Baguette and spray with oilve oil, then toast.

Once Toasted rub each slice with the Whole Garlic Clovers

Remove from Oven and Enjoy with a Nice Chardonnay
