2 oz caramel vodka
4 oz champagne (or something else bubbly)

Fill flutes 1/2 full of cider, then pour vodka, top with champagne
Serve with an apple slice if you’d like

You can mix ground cinnamon and granulated sugar and use as a rim topper if you want to fancy it up. Dip the glass rim in a saucer of cider first and sugar the rim before making the drink.
