1 Turkey size Oven Bag
1 Tablespoon of Flour
2 Stalks of Celery, sliced.
1 medium onion, sliced.
12 to 24 lb. Turkey, thawed.
Vegetable oil or Butter.

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 ° Degrees.

Shake Flour into Reynolds Oven Bag, place in roasting pan at least 2" deep.
Add Celery and Onion to bag.
Remove Neck & Giblets from Turkey.
Rinse Turkey, pat dry.
Lightly stuff with dressing.
Brush Turkey with oil or butter.
Place Turkey on top of Vegetables.
Close bag with tie.
Cut 6 1/2" slits into the top of the bag.
Tuck ends of the bag into the pan.

12 to 16 lbs. 2 to 2 1/2 Hours.
16 to 20 lbs. 2 1/2 to 3 Hours.
20 to 24 lbs. 3 to 3 1/2 Hours.
Add 1/2 Hour for Stuffing
Let stand in Bag for 15 minutes.
Thermometer reads 180 ° Degrees.
If Turkey sticks to Bag gently loosen Bag from Turkey before opening Bag.

Sprinkle Turkey with Paprika for more even browning.
