2 slices of white bread
2 eggs
butter

Directions:
Directions:
Take your bread and cut a whole in the center. Butter the rounds that you cut out and your bread on both sides. Place in a skillet on medium heat and add your egg to the center of the bread. Place rounds in skillet as well. Let your bread get toasted and flip over. Flip your rounds over also. Toast other side of bread and cook the egg to your liking.

I think everyone has their own name or version of this little dish but this was how our Maw made it and what she called it. Lance would always request this from Maw Laura when we would go for a visit.
