3 medium ripe Avocados
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
1 cup Sour Cream
½ cup Mayonnaise
1 pack Taco Seasoning Mix
2 cans (10 ½ ounce size) Bean Dip
4 tablespoons Piquante Sauce or Salsa
1 bunch Green Onions (chopped)
3 medium Tomatoes (cored, seeded & coarsely chopped)
2 cans (3 ½ ounce size) Ripe Olives (pitted & chopped)
1 block Sharp Cheddar Cheese (grated)
Large Round Tortilla Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Peel, pit and mash avocados with lemon juice, salt & pepper in a medium bowl.
in another bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning.

To assemble:

Spread bean dip on large shallow serving platter.
Top with 4 tablespoons piquante sauce or salsa.
Top with avocado mixture.
Top with sour cream mixture.
Sprinkle chopped green onions, tomatoes & olives.
Cover with grated cheese.
Serve chilled with chips.
