1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. finely chopped onions
2 tbsp. finely chopped green onions
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. garlic powder
¼ tsp. white pepper
¼ tsp. red pepper
2 eggs
½ lb. lump crabmeat
½ cup bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º Melt butter add onions, green onions and sauté for 3 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients except eggs. Sauté for 1 minute. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly. Beat eggs and add to the crab mixture stirring well to blend. Shape into 6 crab cakes. Place on well greased pan and bake 15 minutes turn them over and bake an additional 15 minutes.
