Bread is Low Sugar.
1 c unsweetened applesauce
3/4 c shredded carrots
3/4 shredded peeled zucchini
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c egg substitute
1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
3 c all-purpose flour
1 T baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 c orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350ºF. In a large bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients.
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; add alternately with orange juice to the carrot mixture. Pour into 2 greased and floured 8x4 in. loaf pans. Bake until
bread tests done, about 45 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes; remove from pans to a
wire rack to cool completely.
