Baccala
Celery
Onion

Olive Oil
Lemon Juice
Pepper
White wine vinegar
garlic, chopped
fresh parsley
Black olives, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Place baccala, celery & onion in a pot of water and boil until tender/flaky - about 15 minutes, drain and cool
Break up into pieces/chunks
Toss with remaining ingredients
