1 1/2 cups uncooked rice
1 stick of margarine or butter (1/2 is really enough but will need a little more liquid)
1-1 1/2 lbs of crawfish
2 cans of Beef broth (or 1 can beef, 1 can chicken)
Onion,  bellpepper and seasoning to taste
3 oz. can of mushrooms (optional)

Put all ingredients in the RICE COOKER (not a slow cooker) and turn on..............will be ready in 30-45 minutes.
Goes great with a side salad!
