2 - 10 ounce packages of Chopped Spinach (thawed and squeeze excess water)
4 ounces Cream Cheese
8 ounce Sour Cream
⅔ cup Parmesan Cheese
8 ounces Monterrey Jack Cheese, grated
1 can Artichoke Hearts
½ Onion, chopped
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 stick Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion, and garlic in butter until wilted.
Lower fire and add spinach, cream cheese and sour cream. Mix well.
Add artichoke hearts.
Turn off fire.
Add Parmesan cheese.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Pour in a baking dish. Top with grated Monterrey cheese.
Bake at 350º until melted.
