This is divided up as follows:

¼ c olive oil
1 large onion
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp garlic, stir till dissolved
1 tsp each- oregano, basil, and black pepper

Bloom spices medium low
1 can whole, peeled tomatoes (I used 4 vine ripened fresh tomatoes and 3 fresh tomatoes from my back deck)

Take spoon and crack tomatoes

Stir

Cook low and slow, add lid (30 minutes)

Cook, throw in blender and blend till smooth

3- 28 oz cans Hunts peeled tomatoes
3 vine ripened tomatoes
1/4 c olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp each oregano, basil, black pepper

Cook in dutch oven with lid for 2 hours on low, then once cooked, put in large plastic bowl.
Take immersion blender, blend till smooth.
Place RAO into freezer bags and freeze till ready to use.
