˝ cup beef broth
2 TBS olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
˝ tsp salt
˝ tsp oregano
dash of pepper
1 lb boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into strips
⅔ cup cucumber ranch salad dressing
1 tsp sugar
5 whole gyro-style pitas, warmed
2 cups chopped lettuce
1 cup chopped tomato
1 small cucumber, peeled and sliced
1 small onion, sliced

1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine first 6 ingredients
2. Add beef
3. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate up to 24 hours
4. In a small bowl, combine salad dressing and sugar. refrigerate until serving
5. Drain and discard marinate from plastic bag
6. Coat skillet with cooking spray
7. Sauté beef 3-4 minutes
8. Serve on pitas with lettuce, tomato, cucumber and onion. Drizzle with dressing
