1 Head of Cauliflower
1.5 C. Salted water
1.5t. Salt
3 T Butter
3T Cornstarch or Flour
3/16 t. White pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Trim leaves and steam cauliflower in a 2 or 3 quart covered sauce pan. About 10 minutes.
Remove cauliflower.
Add butter and let water cool.
Optional: take a few flowettes smash or break apart lighting and add to sauce.
Add flour and blend well
Add salt and pepper
Heat until sauce thickens over medium heat stirring constantly.
Place cauliflower in a serving dish and cover with sauce.

Da says use cornstarch because it mixes with water better than flower.
