4 Frozen Hamburger Patties
1 10.5 oz can Cream of Mushroom or Cream of Chicken Soup you can use either
3/4 cup Milk use more or less depending on consistency you like
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1-2 tsp Beef Better Than Bouillon you can use your favorite beef broth
Pepper optional
1 1/2 cups Sliced Mushrooms
3 Tbls Butter to Sauté Mushrooms in
•Optional Seasoning Salt or Onions

Instructions
First, make your brown gravy by stirring in a large skillet: your canned soup of choice, Milk, Worcestershire Sauce, Bouillon, Seasoning Salt if using, Pepper. I use a Whisk to thoroughly mix all the ingredients. Then heat to a simmer over medium heat.
If you are adding Onions, you can sauté them first in a little olive oil if you like and make this more of a tasty onion gravy, but that’s up to you!
Place Frozen Burgers into the skillet. No need to thaw your fry your burgers first! If you want to brown them at medium-high heat first you can. However, it is totally unnecessary!
Cover your skillet with a lid and simmer on medium heat for about 15. min.
Melt your butter in a pan on Medium high heat- When butter has melted then add Sliced Mushrooms…as many as you like or as little. Add more butter if you need to.
Once the Mushrooms start turning brown is when they are done
Check the doneness of your hamburgers
Serve Salisbury Steak and graving over Rice, Potatoes or Noodles!
