8 oz. spaghetti, cooked el dente
1 egg
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
14 oz. spaghetti sauce
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
3 oz. cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
3 chopped green onions
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar-monterey Jack cheese

11 x 7 baking pan

Directions:

1. Cook spaghetti, el dente
2. Combine egg and mozzarella cheese to spaghetti.
3. Cook ground beef, onion until browned -- add minced garlic for last minute.
4. Add to meat -- spaghetti sauce and salt and pepper seasoning.
5. Mix together 3 oz. cream cheese and 1 cup sour cream.
6. Chop 3 green onions and add to cream cheese mixture.
7. Layer in 9 x 13 casserole pan:
1) spaghetti mixture
2) Cream cheese mixture
3) meat mixture
4) Top with shredded cheddar/monterey cheese.
8. Bake 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
