1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can cream-style corn
1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 c. sour cream (8 oz.)
1/4 c. melted butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

**double recipe for large baking dish**

Optional Adds:
ground red pepper or cayenne
bacon bits
green onions
bell peppers, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour in a greased 9x9 baking dish.

Bake at 350º for 1 hour.

**Doubled recipe to place in a 9x13 large baking dish and bake at 350º for about 1 1/2 hours (90 minutes).
