3 lb pork shoulder, chunked
1 yellow onion, diced
2 whole jalapeños
juice from 1 large orange
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp chili powder
3 tsp oregano
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp salt
corn tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Place the onion and whole jalapeños in the bottom of a crockpot.
Combine the chili powder, oregano, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and cumin.
Rub the seasoning into the pork chunks until completely covered, then place in the crockpot over the onion and jalapeños.
Pour the orange juice over the pork, then drizzle with the olive oil.
Cook on low for 8 hours. **Do NOT cook on high!**
Remove the pork and shred.
Strain the juices from the crockpot and pour over the shredded pork.
Warm the tortillas in a skillet, then top with the shredded pork.
Top with desired toppings: shredded cheese, sliced avocado, pickled red onion, crema, salsa, lime wedges.

Oven directions: Spread the pork over a greased baking sheet and bake at 425º for 8 - 10 minutes, until the tops begin to crisp.
