Ingredients:  
1 LB ground beef
1 Egg
1 TBSP Fresh garlic
⅓ Cup milk
⅓ Cup bread crumbs (premium plus)
⅓ Cup sharp cheddar or parmesan cheese
½ tsp Season salt
½ tsp black pepper
2 tsp Dill
Worcestershire
1 Small onion
1 Cup Mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
1. Fry meatballs in 2 TBSP oil and 1 TBSP butter and set aside.

2. Saute onion and mushrooms in meatball oil (add more butter).

3. Add 5 TBSP flour and cook for 1 minute. (Add more oil if needed to create paste).

4. Add 3 Beef cubes and approx 6 cups of water slowly until desired amount of gravy is achieved.

5. Add 2 tsp Worcestershire, 1 TBSP ketchup.

6. Add meatballs and simmer.

7. Add ¼ Cup sour cream before serving.

8. Serve over a bed of rice.
