¾ cup milk
½ cup yellow cornmeal
1 cup flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
¾ tsp. salt
3 tbsp. butter
¾ cup cheese
1 egg yolk

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk, add cornmeal, mix and cool. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt. Add butter and cheese into flour mixture, mix. Turn out on flour board. Knead 2-3 minutes and roll out ½ inch thick and cut with cookie cutters. Brush tops with egg yolk and bake at 425° for 15 minutes.
