6 ½ cups sugar
1 ½ cups cider vinegar
1 cup ground bell peppers (no seeds)
1 12 oz bottle certo Sure Jell (fruit pectin)
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Sugar vinegar and salt let’s stand a while wild deseeding peppers. Grind peppers using the vinegar mixture bring mixture to a rolling boil and boil for five minutes. Call for 10 minutes off burner, add Certo, green food coloring and sister. Jar and seal process five minutes at 5 pounds of pressure in the canner if you don't seal it first time makes 8 ½ pints
