10 large red and green peppers
2 cups apple cider vinegar
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp pickling spices (per jar)
1 hot pepper (per jar)

10 large red and green peppers
2 cups apple cider vinegar
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp pickling spices (per jar)
1 hot pepper (per jar)

Cut peppers and cover in ice cubes.

Bring a pot of water to a boil, and drop peppers in. As soon as they get hot, remove and place in jars.

Add 1 tbsp pickling spices and 1 hot pepper per jar. Bring vinegar and sugar liquid to a boil and pour over the peppers. Seal.

(If substituting white vinegar for apple cider vinegar, add additional ½ cup of sugar)
