3 Cups cake flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
8 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
1 cup (2 sticks) butter (room temperature)
6 eggs (room temperature)
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and cream cheese together until fluffy. Add sugar, eggs then flour. Beat well after each addition. Add vanilla last.

Grease tube pan (not bundt) with shortening, then flour.

Bake in cold oven 325 degrees 1.5 hours.
