1 lb. ground beef or venison
1 (12 oz.) jar thick and chunky salsa
6 tostada shells or halved taco shells
1 c. refried beans
1 c. sour cream
4 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
shredded lettuce (for garnish)

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet, brown meat and drain. Stir in 1/2 c. salsa. Spread 1/4 c. salsa into 10 in. pie plate. Top with 3 tostada shells or taco shells. Top with 1/2 beans, meat mixture, sour cream and cheese. Repeat the layers. Cover with foil and bake at 350º for 30 min. Top with lettuce, salsa, sour cream and cheese.
