½ C sugar
1 T salt
½ tsp chili pwd
½ tsp pepper
2 racks ribs

Directions:

Mix sugar, salt, chili pwd, and pepper together. Rub ribs with this mixture. With meat side up wrap in foil and put in frig overnight. Bake at 350º for 1 1/2 hours in oven. Do not remove the foil. Take out of oven and put on grill after removing the foil bone side up and put barbecue sauce on. After 15 min. flip over and put barbecue sauce on other side and grill for another 15 min.

Serves four with each getting 1/2 rack.

This came from Phil Schnurr and this is my all time favorite rib recipe. Easy and I usually have everything on hand to make them.
