1 pkg Hawaiian bread cubed
8 whole eggs 2 cups milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
3/4 cups sugar
2 tablespoons vanilla

Topping
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 stick cold butter cubed

Directions:

Grease 9 x 13 pan
Place cubed bread in pan
Mix together eggs,milk,sugar, and vanilla..pour mixture over bread ..cover and refrigerate overnight
In another bowl mix flour,brown sugar,cinnamon and salt. Add the cubed butter and mix together like little pebbles, store in plastic bag in refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 350%
Take pan with soaking bread, sprinkle crumb mixture on top
Bake for 45-60 minutes
Serve with maple syrup
