1 large Chuck Roast
1 Pkg small baby carrots
2 onions
6 large potatoes
1/4 cup brown gravy mix
Seasoned Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in large roasting oven. Season liberally with seasoned salt. Add baby carrots. Cut onions into slices and sprinkle all over carrots. Cut up potatoes into medium size cubes. Add to roasting pan. Sprinkle everything with the brown gravy mix Add water to almost cover roast but not cover top). Mix the brown gravy into the water to incorporate into veggies. Cover and bake at 375 for about 3 hours. Cook until meat is very tender.
