2 eggs
1 3/4 milk
1/2 C melted butter
2 C self-rising flour
1/2 tsp soda
1 T sugar
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until lemon colored, add milk and butter. Stir in flour, sugar and vanilla. Mix well. Let sit for a few minute then pour about 1/2- 3/4 cup of batter in waffle iron. Cook until steaming stops

Keep warm in 200 degree oven on baking racks. Do not stack or they will become soggy.

NOTE:
You can also separate eggs and beat the whites until stiff, then fold into batter at the end.
