Ingredients:	Ingredients: 8 slices of bacon 6 large eggs 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese 2 cups milk 4 slices of bread, cubed ½ tsp salt ¼ tsp black pepper ½ tsp garlic powder ½ tsp onion powder ¼ cup chopped green onions (optional) Preheat oven 350°. Grease 9x13 baking dish. In skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove from skillet; drain on paper towels. Once cool, crumble bacon. In large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder & onion powder. Add cubed bread to egg mixture; gently stir to combine. Allow bread to soak for 5 min. Stir in crumbled bacon & 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle remaining ½ cup of cheddar cheese on top. Bake in preheated oven 40-45 min until top is golden and casserole is set. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired. Serve warm.
