1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1-1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp all spice
2 eggs
1-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3 bananas, mashed (1-1/2 cups)
1/2 cup strawberries, chopped
1 cup rhubarb

Preheat oven to 350•F. Spray an 8x4-inch loaf pan with organic cooking spray.
In a small bowl combine baking powder, baking soda, flour, sea salt, cinnamon, and all spice. Mix well. Set aside.
Beat eggs in a medium to large bowl, then add vanilla, bananas, and strawberries. Mix well.
Carefully add the flour mixture. Mix gently/slowly until combined, then fold in the rhubarb.
Pour batter into the loaf pan. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until the bread is golden-brown.
Let bread cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing. Cut into 10 equal slices.
