2 T. sesame oil
1 lb. ground pork
2 T. soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 t. ground ginger
1/2 t. pepper
2 pkg. coleslaw mix
8 oz. rice noodles
3 green onions, thinly sliced
additional soy sauce, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil over medium-high heat, cook and crumble pork until browned. Stir in soy sauce, garlic, and seasonings. Add coleslaw mix, cook 4-6 minutes until vegetables are tender. Cook rice noodles according to package directions, drain and add to pork mixture, tossing to combine. Sprinkle with green onions. Serve with additional soy sauce. *Add-in: snow peas, water chestnuts, mushrooms, etc. Do not add salt to the rice noodles, there is enough with the soy sauce.
