2 cans (10 oz.) chunk breast of chicken, drained
2 pkg. cream cheese
1 c. ranch dressing
1/4-1/3 c. Frank's RedHot sauce
1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place cream cheese in shallow casserole. Microwave on 50% power until cheese is softened, 2-3 minutes. Stir in chicken, ranch dressing, pepper sauce and 1 c. of cheddar cheese. Sprinkle top with remaining cheese. Microwave on 100% power for 2-4 minutes, until hot and bubbly. Serve with crackers, tortilla chips and celery sticks.
