Ingredients:	Ingredients: 2 lbs. frozen cheddar cheese pierogies 1 15-oz. jar Alfredo sauce 8 pieces crispy cooked bacon, chopped (or bacon bits) 2 green onions finely chopped 1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese salt and pepper to taste 1 tsp. chopped fresh parsley

Directions:	Directions: Preheat oven to 375º. Grease 9x13 casserole dish. Layer half of frozen pierogies in casserole dish. Spoon half of alfredo sauce on top. Sprinkle with half bacon, half onions, and half cheese. Layer the rest of pierogies on top and spoon the rest of alfredo sauce on top. Sprinkle with rest of bacon, onions, and cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking for another 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and casserole is bubbly. Garnish with parsley.
