3 Cups of Graham Cracker Crumbs
2/3 Cups Melted Butter
6 Tablespoons Sugar

Filling:
3-6 Bananas
1/2 Gallon Vanilla or Neapolitan Ice Cream
1 Cup Nuts, Crushed

Topping
1 Cup Chocolate Chips
1/2 Cup Butter
2 Cups Powdered Sugar
1 1/2 Cups Evaporated Milk
1 teaspoons Vanilla

Directions:

Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Reserve the cup for topping. Spread remaining crumbs in an 11 x 15 or 9 x 13 pan. Variation, use boxed graham cracker crust or vanilla wafer crust.

Put a layer of bananas on top of the crust, then a layer of ice cream (1/2 inch thick), Sprinkle nuts over ice cream and freeze until firm. For topping, melt chocolate chips and butter together. Add powdered sugar and milk. Cook until smooth and thick, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Cool. Pour over ice cream and freeze until firm. Top with 1 pint of whipping cream (whipped) and 1 cup of reserved crumbs sprinkled on top. Store in the freezer. Take it out of the freezer and put it in the refrigerator one hour before serving.
