2 (11-ounce) bags coleslaw mix
1 large Honeycrisp apple, diced
1 c dried cranberries
1 c chopped pecans or slivered almonds
4 green onions, sliced
More options to add: diced celery, and shredded carrots

Dressing:
3/4 c mayonnaise
3/4 c sour cream or Greek yogurt
1/4 c apple-cider vinegar
2 T honey
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, diced apple, dried cranberries, chopped pecans, and sliced green onions. Toss until evenly mixed.
2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until the dressing is smooth and creamy.
3. Pour about 3/4 of the dressing over the slaw mixture and toss until the ingredients
are well coated. Add more dressing if needed, or same the remainder in a sealed
container for later use.
4. Transfer the slaw to a serving dish. For extra visual appeal, sprinkle a few additional cranberries and pecans on top.
5. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Toss lightly before serving and add any reserved dressing as needed.
