Ingredients:  
1 Kabocha Squash
1 Cup Water
3 Tablespoons Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Wash the squash and cut into 1 inch cubes. In a pot, combine the ingredients. Add squash and bring to a boil. Cover and lower heat to let it simmer for 13 minutes. Squash should be fork tender. Add soy sauce. Serve at room temperature.
