¾ cup Butter, melted
¾ cup Brown Sugar
¼ cup Sugar
1 Egg
½ cup Molasses
3 cups Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
½ tsp Salt
½ tbsp Ginger
1 tbsp Cinnamon
¼ tsp Nutmeg
½ tsp Ground Cloves
FROSTING
6 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
¼ cup Butter, melted
2 cups Icing Sugar
2 tbsp Milk
1 tsp Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together butter, sugars, molasses & egg until well combined. Measure out dry ingredients into a separate bowl and incorporate into wet ingredients cup by cup until no flour streaks remain.
Press dough into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350º for 16-20 minutes - do not over bake, you want them to be almost fudge-y in texture when they're set.
For the frosting, cream together butter and cream cheese. Add icing sugar, milk and vanilla and cream until fluffy.
Frost completely cooled bars and add sprinkles if desired.
