½ c butter, room temperature
½ pecans
1 c flour
½ c icing sugar

2nd Layer
8 oz cream cheese
1 c icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla
8 oz Cool Whip

3rd Layer
2 cans evaporated milk
2 pkgs instant pistachio pudding

Top Layer
8 oz Cool Whip
¼ c chopped pistachios
¼ c pecans

Mix base ingredients well, then press gently into 9 x 13" pan. Bake at 350º for 12-15 minutes. Chill.
For second layer, beat room temperature cream cheese, icing sugar and vanilla til smooth. Fold in Cool Whip (or similar whipped topping) and spread mixture over cooled base.
For third layer, pour chilled milk into bowl then empty the two packages of pudding into milk. Mix as directed then pour over cream cheese layer.
When pudding is set, top with second Cool Whip and sprinkle with crushed pistachios and pecans.
Let set in fridge for several hours.
