1 ½ cups flour
½ cup sugar
1 Tablespoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
2 eggs
½ cup c anolaoil
½ cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups huckleberries

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In a separate bowl, combine sour cream, eggs, oil and vanilla and add to wet ingredients. Do not over stir. Fold in huckleberries.

Place in greased or paper-lined muffin tins. Bake for 15-18 minutes.
Place tin on top of a baking sheet to help prevent burning and overflow spills.
