⅔ c. carrots, sliced
½ c. onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 c. fat-free broth
1½ c. cabbage, diced
½ c. green beans
1 tbsp. tomato paste
1 tsp. basil
¼ tsp. oregano
¼ tsp. salt
½ c. zucchini, diced

Directions:

Sauté carrots, onion, garlic and cabbage
Add broth, green beans, tomato paste, basil, oregano and salt
Cook over medium heat for ½ hour
Add zucchini last 5-10 minutes
