1 egg
1/2 cup milk
⅓ cup vegetable oil
1 3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400*

2. In medium bowl, whisk together egg, milk and oil.

3. Stir in flour, both sugars, baking powder and salt until just moistened.

4. Stir in chocolate chips.

5. Place dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.

6. Bake 7-9 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Remove to wire rack to cool.
