1 pkg cream cheese, softened
1 pkg shredded cheddar cheese
1 pkg dry Italian salad dressing mix
2 tbsp sour cream
2 tbsp parsley
Assorted crackers

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl beat cream cheese, cheddar cheese, dressing mix, sour cream and parsley until creamy and well blended.
Divide mixture in half.
With wet hands, shape each 1/2 into a ball. Cover cheese balls and chill at least 1 hour.
To serve, roll balls in chopped parsley up to 1 hour before serving. Let soften before serving.

*Leftover cheese spread can be spooned on top of baked potatoes.*
