1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 T. ketchup
2 T. sweet pickle relish
2 t. finely minced diced onion (whatever type you prefer)
1/4 t. finely minced garlic
1 t. white vinegar
1/8 t. kosher salt or to taste
2 to 3 dashes Tabasco sauce (optional).

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a small bowl and mix well. Taste and add additional salt if desired. Refrigerate for at least an hour to allow the flavors to meld. Serve.
